turbonetics wastegate vaccum question

Anyone knwo where i can find the top 2 vaccum inlet pieces or find a pic of them so i know what they look like so i can find somethign close to them.. When i bought the waste gate it didnt come with them so now i need them

They are just barb to pipe thread fittings. Home depot will have them.
