turboing a talon
i have a 94 eagle talon es DOHC, and was wondering if anyone can help me with some of my questions? i am going to turbo it with a t3, but was wondering what is about the max psi i can run before changing pistons and also if i have to actually hook up my stock o2 sensor on my old manifold or can i just bypass that? and also if there is anything else especially for this car i need before putting a turbo on it.

Wow buddy, yes there's a few other things you're gonna need before slappin a turbo on dis bitch, such as manifold (unless someone makes adapter plates for the n/a manifold) fmu and check valves at the VERY LEAST. And that still might blow your ----. Do yourself a favor and read the faq, it will answer all your questions and then the next 10 that you would have made topics about.

i plan to run a t3/t4 turbo, with the turbo manifold, up the injectors to about 550 or 680cc's have an intercooler, bov, and everything else. all i was wondering was if i could bypass the o2 sensor that would be attached to the turbo, or can i just forget about the o2 sensor, thats all i was asking, is the o2 sensor a must, yes or no or maybe?

Re:turboing a talon
OK buddy. I will help you out. First off I have never heard anybody running without an O2 sensor. BAD IDEA! Trust me. This is the place to make a turbo kit for your car but I have no idea on how to tune it. I would suggest going to 4G63.com and find your tuning stuff there and they would know alot more on that. As far as everything else goes. Like finding a turbo or BOV and any other question you have we might be able to answer them.
