turbocharging engine with mono point injection

Re:turbocharging engine with mono point injection
it wasnt mono-point, it was duel-point. Pretty much the same thing. I ran a FMU 12:1 at 6 psi for a while, then 9psi, then 12psi with spikes over 15. All this non-intercooled, it actually ran pretty good. The motor finally blew because of a spun rod bearing. Sometimes it would ping but mainly while launching it, and never at 6psi. Just get a FMU and go nuts, if its monopoint it probably sucks anyway, so if it blows its no big loss. If you keep the boost low <7psi, and intercool it, you should be reliable. Heres some pics-
I pulled the kit after it blew and sold it for $700 on egay :P
