There site was down for quite awhile... it's back up now. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I purchased a turbo from them. It was broken from the start... leaking seals and unbalanced shaft. Sent it back to them and they blamed installation error. They offered 300$ to rebuild or send it back to me. I asked them to send it back many many many many times but they never did. They ceased all communication. This has happened to several people... I'm suprised turbocalculator is still running business.

turbocalculator is one single guy called Jonathan Piper.
What is turbocalculator? A guy behind a computer as a hobby. No more.

All he's doing is purchasing turbos from other companies and resell them for more, without the original warranty or customer service.
I am certain he never touched a turbo himself as is getting most of them drop shipped directly to "his customers".

He purchased a few turbos built by me (Blaastperformance.com)
He his still using many of my proprietary turbo pictures stolen from my web site to sell other company's stuff.

As other persons metionned above, the site / business apparently went down. It was bound to happen IMO. Anybody who's doing his customer homework properly will end up purchasing a turbo anywhere but from turbocalculator.
