fastest spool? IHI RHB5 or a Garrett GT15 etc... but those are little dick turbos and wont pull nearly as hard as somthing a little big bigger, like a 14b or a T3 60/48 or 42/48

Hey! The t3 .48/.60 is a nice turbo but there's a way to make it BETTER!!
the custom work involved in fitting A MERCEDES turbine wheel in a standard ford/saab style T3 housing is absolutely worth it!! I tested it on the focus 2.0 and power delivery is simply earlier and smoother than the same t3 60 trim with standard turbine wheel.
