Loctite always seals it up when teflon won't do it. I ------- hate teflon tape. I use the red loctite, but the blue ---- apparently works just as well. I usually let it cure overnight before I start it, but I dunno if that matters.

HT there is your answer. Y8 has major issues with cylinder distribution of flow along with runners that suck major *****. The fact that my ported z6 manifold/spacer tapered plenum plate and throttle body owns a 600 dollar aftermarket skunk2 omg manifold/tb should be a sign that my set up with the Z6 manifold is the right choice.

Not sure about the loctite you may never be able to get it off again

I would try some gasket silcone making sure to be clean of any oils/dirt and letting it cure over night+teflon for the win

i ended up getting permatex thread sealer



i put it on yesterday but i havent ran the car yet. letting it cure really good
