i want to get into street tuning. i am buying all the stuff i need now to build ecus, tune, ect. i actually been reading alot of this info over the past 3 years and only retained about 3% of it. i am more of a hands on person. i have just about abandoned every other car forum, HMT is my new home. i basically made this thread to keep track of all my questions and to log my progress.

i recently brought this innovate #3781 xd-16 standalone wideband kit.

i hope this was a good deal. the guy wanted $250 but i offered him $200. its new in the box. i guess its been opend a few times and was on display in his store. i checked ebay and seen they where going for $400 there so i fugred it was a good deal.

am i understanding this correctly, this unit replaces the burn1 and ostrach and puts them both into one unit?if so is it compatable as a ostrich 2? i am going to order this from xenocron with some others stuff, but just want to get an opininon on it first

there is another lil wire that fell off the bed, i am not sure if its in the picture, it has two speaker plugs on it

 

you wana know the real messed up part, i dont even know how to use this thing, but ill learn. whats the difference between this set up withthe gauge, and the one that has the screen.
