Turbo setup question

just like to say this is a good forum and I'm happy to find hmt. I finally plan on putting a turbo on my d16 myself after reading the faq and other post on here. However reading "the how to" im confused about two things about setting up a turbo. Im not really sure what the vacuum hose is suppose to be located when setting up my turbo.(the pic on setting up the hose isn't showing in the ***) I thought I had the answer but im a bit confused. Also, i havnt seen many post on setting up a coolant line with the turbo. is it important or no? Those are the only problems i need help with i hate to ask them but i want to be safe than sorry. thanks

vacuum line for the wastgate actuator should get connected to anywhere on the charge pipe or intake manifold after the intercooler for a true reading of boost...the coolant (if you want it) can get connected to the lines going in/out of the tb...just extend them (i never did it but some people do)
