There are fields for intake losses and you need to estimate the efficiency (VE) of your motor. It shows some averages for 2 valve and 4 valve motors other than that you'd have to do your own research to determine the numbers. I'm not really sure how much the numbers would change. The formulas don't include any more figures into the calculations so they must not be necessary.
