last time tried to drive it - my avc-r saw only vacum, and only when i depress accelerator than i have seen some bost (max - 0.26 bar). but i just reassembled my turbo and found that my wastegate was always open a littl bit. the wastegate arm have to move about 3-4 mm to fully close wastegate valve. i dont know if is causing no boost. i try to fix it. may be that will help.
