try the "for sale" section, i saw a couple cheap D kits. You can get a turbo/mani/injectors @ a yard and u can build the rest from the sponsors section

im sure there are a few people who would build you a kit for a price.

 

i think cali is the only state that requies "papes" and thats in a form of a CARB number some where on the kit....and when they put it in it tell them all the info about the kit...and if u decide to get one like that. be ready to dish out 3 grand. Or like i said u can make one from junk parks for $500
