turbo plate

First i want to my local shop and they told me 200 to make me a plate i tryed my self but its to dam hard, i was thinking of just weldedthe manifold to turbo flange what uall think. thanks

and there are adaptor plates that can be bought in the classifides.

Not a great idea, welding cast iron to mild steel is going to crack and cause problems guaranteed, your better off doing it right the first time or not doing it at all...
