No, thanks for trying but thats not what it is. I don't understand why i would be reading 5psi if im obviously not getting it? I have no vac leaks, and the BOV is not leaking. Why would i boost 5psi but the turbo doesn't even spool?

just a quick ? where do you have your boost gauge hooked up? IE if its right after the turbo it could be leaking somewhere else, try if you dont already tapping a line from your intake manifold so if theres a boost leak somewhere on your IC or pipes you wouldnt wouldnt get the power at the gauge. keep in mind that a TB gasket or intake manifold gasket and even injector o-rings are cause boost leaks
eh hope that makes sense because its 4:23 in the morning
either way goodluck man

It sounds to me as if you have an obstruction in your charge pipe that is restricting the flow. With a partially blocked pipe you would still get boost, but not flow, and the turbo would not need to spin as fast to develop 6-psi boost (hence less turbo spooling noise). This of course assumes your boost gauge is plumbed in between the turbo and the obstruction.
What are you using for the flexible joints in you charge pipes? I once tried fiberglass cloth hose with a spiral reinforcing wire (the wire was between two layers of fabric). After a while the inner layer delaminated away from the outer layer and blocked the charge pipe.
In your case (if this is fact is your problem) the obstruction must be minor, otherwise the overly reduced air flow to the engine would not create enough exhaust energy to power the turbo -- to build boost.

Ok, figured it out! My lazy *** finally jacked up the car, and i pull the charge pipe off the outlet of the turbo, and the god damn Coupling is completely torn in like 5 diferent places. I put a new coupling on , and god damn, fixed the problem. Im now back to running 7psi, and its pulling harder than ever! Now i think my clutch is slipping Oh well!. Thanks for you guys help.!
