at least there probly easier to find flanges and hardware for, and they dont have stupid compressor outlets

Well the 4" t04e inlets are not always easy to deal with.
I do have some 4" to 3" silicone reducers. Then you can use some 3" piping for your filter pipe.
To4B's are definitely easier to work with because they mistly have 3" inlet.
