Mitsubishi evolution. it'll max out at around 340hp, and it'll be a perfect turbo for the 2.2

 

ok, I am going to the junkyard on saturday, I will see whats there, even 250 Hp would be noticable from mostly stock correct?

ok, lets say I want to start with a DSM esk turbo setup.. what would you recommend I do?

 

get dsm injectors (410cc iirc)

get it tuned

and get a new set of tires, brakes, synthetic oil

 

just get the 1g dsm turbo and manifold, 1g dsm 450cc injectors, 1g bov front mount intercooler and all that ---- together and get a clutch. no point in spending alot of money for your first/experimental setup. tune it using crome on a p06 ecu

 

if you decide after boosting it that your motors not handling it well and wanna replace your long block research f22 components and play around with different combinations. you can most likely use other f22 and f23 components to build a tougher motor. the f blocks having iron sleeves is a big plus but if your goals are to much for a stock motor you can always play around with other parts for better compression and rod length to stroke ratios and such. its alot cheaper than forged parts too
