Hiya all, Just thought I would post up what my current project is. I read alot of the forum topics, and enjoy this board alot, and thought I would contribute a bit.

1996 Ford Escort 2 door hatchback. Caymen Green 5 speed 1.9 SOHC

Ive got a UK Ford Escort RS turbo manifold on the way, and bought a .60/.46 T3 off a Merkur XR4Ti. The head is off a third gen, coupled with my second gen flat tops, this gives me an 8.2:1. Im going to start out around 15 PSI and work my way up slowly. Planning on 3" exhaust, 2.5" charge pipe, and a front mount bar and plate ebay special. For engine management im going to run a www.034efi.com supplimentary injector controller. This controller wires in to the stock tach signal and has a built in MAP sensor. It does datalogging, burn on the fly, and is easy to connect (7 wires). It only comes on under boost, and the pressure it comes on at is fully adjustable. Fuel flow can be adjusted at 16 different RPM points. Im going to use this to fire 4 450CC DSM injectors mounted on a second rail in the intake manifold. Right now Im still collecting parts, but hope to be underway with construction in about 3-4 weeks.

heh, the fog lights are out of necessity. The escort has the worlds worst factory lights, they suck major ballz. The lights are Hella FF1000 rally driving lights, and they work good I did the stripe cuz I couldnt stand having the car look the same as every other escort on the road. This was before the bumper obviously. I swear Ford painted 95% of them that green color.

Sounds like a solid plan you have.Keep the updates coming and do a full write up documenting if possible as it helps other guys with a similar vehicle in the future.Neuman on here has a turbo Escort and I recall he made some really nice numbers with it.
