I dont think it's actully palstic, but more like a nylon. A lot of motor's use that kind of material for the intake manifold like, LS1's, the new mustang motor, Zetec's, newer Toyota's...ect They dont get heat soaked like aluminum.

 

I think a PLain and simple T3 50 or 60 trim could do the trick.
0.48 a/r turbine and watercooled of course!
internal wastegate is fine.

anyway i remember driving these little Lano and it has a little 'vtec' thing, once u hit certain rpm the car leaps forward a lot quicker and pull to redline. wtf was that variable length manifold or cam timing??...
those car are.....slow, very slow, ven slower then my 8v civic LOL, i don`t think it really worth dumping $ into it. also, think about what happen when u blew the motor or tranny since not that many were sold in the US AND Daewoo is long gone, ppl are having hard time finding body AND mechanical part..

XDDDDDD no problem guy,this car is corean(low price) and the mechanic is GM type sohc,i am spainish(ole ole y ole XDDDD)
