Which turbo?

Got a b16a3 in my civic...

My goal is about 250 WHP, but I want fast spool times...which turbo should I go for? Will a t25 suffice? a 14b? 16g? I want a manifold that is a/c compatible also...

none of those turbo will be waht you want. i have a t3 t04e on my d16 and it spools full boost at like 4500. im sure something in the t3/4 hybrids is what your looking for
