no wonder you're the tranny guru, some of us can run 13's and still make a tranny last more than 2 weeks...

You're an idiot, powershifting is a proven way to go faster, why wouldn't you? Bump for some dyno graphs

Once the Z6 was dropped in, I haven't blown a tranny, only broken one 1-2 shift fork. Not bad for the last 5 years!
The D15B7 that I put back in last Nov., it exploded 2 diffs and broke 3 shifter forks. The fork breakage was due to autox and forced 2-1 downshifts...........

its unnecessary strain put on the motor and tranny
also back to my first point, the bov is used to keep free spinning turbine between shifts
its good to drive the car to the full potential, but at the same time you have to be smart about it, pegging the limiter for 20 minutes will do a good burnout but is it a smart thing to do? no

why wouldn't i? because like i said, it will kill your tranny and its stupid.

exactly, its bad enough your straining the motor by forcing air into it, why do you have to drive it like a straight up sav
again, a bov was invented so that you don't have to be stupid and powershift during a race.
tubos don't kill engines, stupid drivers do

Seriously.
Stop being a dick, I myself do not have a digi cam or a scanner. Sorry -------.
Slips will hopefully be scanned tomorrow by a FRIEND with a SCANNER.
If thats good enough for YOU.

Now go kill yourself.

And to the dude who thinks lift shifting is just as fast as WOT shifting.
Go to the track and prove this to me in all honesty.
You wont win this argument !

BTW you feel bad for the trans ? I get them FREE minus my own 3 hr install BY MYSELF.

To all who are cool, thanks.

im not trying to start a flame war, im just trying to help you understand that .001 in the 1/4 mile isn't worth having a tranny laying on your chest for 3 hours every week.
you get them for free, so what you are saying is powershifting is only for people who can get free tranny's?

btw, its been 6 days since you claimed you were going to scan some slips
maybe you can sell some free tranny's and get a scanner for yourself
