Most of the ppl on this board have never seen a 4E, since we didnt get it in the states. Let alone know what the stock wastegate does for boost. Maybe Fred can chime in, he's probably kicked a few.

i check it and i found it open at 2 psi
i tried to remove the hose from the comprossor wheel to the wastegate and still open at 2 psi. and iam sure its the spring . so i will change it
