i just took my d16a6 with 14b out for the 1st night when i go to start it up its idle is high and then will go down after a little running and then go back up. Its not overheating from what the gauge is telling me. no rad leakes but it is old. the rad is stock with a GSR condensor fan on it

 

Check for vaccum leak.
