In general, I'm lacking fresh new DIY write ups, so if you guys have anything else please send it to me.

On the oil line thing, it would have to be very precise in the costs with the shipping and everything, and also pictures of everything as well. When you do something like this and your product is involved it has to be super detailed for honest evaluation.

Steve, I'd be willing to piece together a setup that's as similar to yours as I can using locally bought parts. I can detail exact prices and necessary time involved in assemby as well as any necessary tools that might be required.

Well Steve, I do manage an ACE hardware, so let's see what I can come up with today. I can order a bunch of ---- too, so we'll see tonight what I pulled together.

Let me know what you guys come up with and then we'll look into putting a write up together. I don't think I should write the write up though.

I would be interested in 2-3 independant do it yourselfers to source a 100% complete oil line kit from local hardware stores/internet sites. I would fund it, and I would have another independant do a write up on each complete kit, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their costs.

After taxes, shipping, and actual costs it'd be fun to see just how much cheaper it would be than buying one of our kits. I have my suspicions that the money saved vs. what you got would favor my kit, but either way I'd post it up on the "DIY of the month" section and let it be.

Who's in?
Oil line feed with extra line for mounting a "T" on the firewall...

I think the prices are a little more expensive these days, but still cheap.

I researched this a lot a while back...oil feed was easy. Oil return on the other was a bitch...I couldnt find anything cheaper.
