you need a t3/4-70861 flange. I make them for 29.00 shipped or 35.00 for stainless

Now that you have pics, you can mill that bitch flat and use a regular t3 flange.

 

You can just swap to a normal T3 flanged hotside as well. You can get them cheap. I have one I'd sell. It's a .63, so would be a bit bigger too and flow much nicer. You can also just fill that Volvo flange. Fill it with weld and then grind or sand it down until it's flat. It's not rocket science.

 

when will my flange ship. Can I ahve it by this monday my vtech project needs it. Will you sponzer me and my boyz?

 

I think that is for hooking up a standard T3 flange to a volvo manifold...
Just mill it down it only cost me $20.
