menso! use a vaccum line on the intake manfold behind the throttle body not before it. and why are u driving around without fuelmanagement, thats an "unecessary risk"

the 2 are coolant before i connected it to the turbo the other is the fitting i stuck in the stock intake for a vac line for the bov. this was my under $400 turbo plan so that might explain the junky-ness a little

so "its not placement or source" or "always after the throttle body" which is it?

ok, when you let off the throttlebody and close the throttle plate, this creates vacuum inside the intake manifold, not in the charge pipes, where you had the BOV hooked up too. Infact when your accelerating, the charge pipes have pressure in them from the turbo, and closing the throttle plate makes more pressure between the turbo and throttle body. If the BOVs vacuum source is located at the valve cover breather fitting on the charge pipe, it'll never open, infact the pressure will probably hold it shut harder.

Hook the vacuum line up to some vacuum source from the intake manifold and you should be good.

Your BOV vacuum source is the problem. Plug the barb on the intake arm and hook the BOV to a vacuum source after the throttle body, like the brake booster line or something.

and you should do the reverse first mang. install the electronics and make sure the car runs, then add the hardware. just a tip.

Y I can see the pic better now, the 2 are coolant lines the other is wrong. you need to move the one on the intake pipe to the other side of the throtle body, T off from any other "VAC" line you have there. put your finger on it, if it doesnt suck in your finger then it wrong or you need a new engine
