Default TA0304

hi,
i have this turbo.
TA0304
there's a plate on it, with this:
068 145 703F
465384-5
T3
the inside of the compressorhousing is marked with .42

its from a VW rabbit 1.6 TD and Audi 80 1.6 TD
i wanna use it on my d16z2
some people say that a turbo from a VW is waaaay to small....
i hope its spools @ 3000 rpm or 3500. but some say it will give fullboost @ 2000 rpm
my goal is 8-10 psi

I think this is a weird flange and doenst look like a T3 flange.
please help me out..

here's a pic
(im not using the fmu.. i have 450cc dsm injectors now + ford transit IC, and gonna chip the ecu.)

my advice to go far from fmu, and you have 450 cc injectors that mean you just need achip and tuning. so sell it and tune your self

This diesel turbo from the 80's VW is only a 40 or 45 trim t3 turbo. It'S good for some 150 HP max.
You could swap a standard T3 turbine housing on it to simplify your install. it'S a direct fit.

Whats a ford transit IC? IC as in intercooler or like a circuit? You listed in with your fuel management so I thought it was some chip or something. If so what does it do?

The capital S in my "it'S" is from my crapy ebay keyboard.
- The caps button gets stuck... What can I do.
It must be a XSPOWER keyboard.

Is that a cast exhaust manifold flange that has been cutoff?

Ford transit is a van, and IC is intercooler. i wrote it down cos its not on the pic, to avoid replies like"buy an IC!!"

and the flange its a cast one, but i have 1 thats from iron.
the castone was for measures.

a/r is turbine unknown. and the compressor side .42

i can also buy a .36 .42
but its to small
