T3 Question

I was wondering if you can put a turbonetics t4 turbine housing on a stock garret T3 compressor thank any help / comments greatly appreciated

so you want the opposite of a T3/T4. Basically a T4/T3 (T4 exhaust turbine/housing and T3 compressor housing?
it can be done, but may i ask why?
