He said that when he gets the .60 exhaust its going to be from a gas car. So I think im going to go with a 60 or 57 trim t3/t4e with the .60 exhaust.

48ar with stage three will spool quick but also let it breath like it need

same size shaft in them the size of the turbine head determines how much
exhuast will flow thru and the ar determines the how fast the spool tim
will be we might have a 63ar in next week but the turbo will cost 500
becuase it is not one of ours we have made up but if you want to wait I
understand"

Is this true? should I go with the stage 3 turbine. will it flow just as well as the .63 ar.

The .63 a/r is plenty big for your motor...too big in my opinion...from what I hear it takes until around 4000 rpm to spool....yes, it will let your exhaust flow very well, but do you really want to wait that long for boost? I think the .48 stage 3 wheel is the better choice than that .63...I'm not positive becuase I have a stage 2 but I would bet that it would spool up at 3500 or so and beleive me, there is PLENTY of exhaust flow, it won't run out on the top end. My stage 2 .48 spools up at 2800-3000 and it DOES NOT quit..it pulls hard all the way to redline.

Spool is overrated. Top end power is where it's at.

I actually want lag with my turbo because at 6000' if I hit full boost before 4000 my turbo will surge based of looking off the maps.
