T25 Wastegate boost

Can anyone tell me what the wastegate setting on a T25 turbo off a 2nd gen eclipse is? Thanks for any help

its supposed to be between 11-12.5 but after my friend change his BOV on his it was permanetly set to 16PSI and i swear it was stock..except for 1st gen BOV.

the dsm's use a boost solenoid you wont have, so im pretty sure it will be 8-9 psi
