I have a fully rebuilt T25 which is the largest of the Garrett T25 series turbos for sale. The compressor wheel has no damage and turbine is a factory (new) turbine as well. It was rebuilt by Allied/Signal and is the largest of the T25 series. (70 trim)

The compressor wheel measures 2.02" major and 1.69" minor giving it a 70 trim. The compressor housing is a .80 A/R. The turbine is the standard TBO25 with a 2.09" major and 1.64" minor giving it a 62 trim. The exhaust housing is the largest A/R of the TBO25's and is a .68 A/R

Maximum compressor flow is 29 lbs/min, 12.428 m^3/min or roughly 420 CFM. I should stress however that the 420 CFM is maximum compressor flow and rated/practical flow is closer to 350 CFM at 15 psi. If you're looking for the best of the T25 series, this is the turbo you'd be looking for.

Compressor/turbine have no abnormal shaft play and the original position of Delta/Epsilon has been changed to Alpha/Beta. Essentially the center cartridge has been rotated so that the oil inlet is at 12 o'clock and the oil outlet is at 6 o'clock. The compressor outlet is also at 12 o'clock and the exhaust inlet is at 12 o'clock as well. The Delta/Epsilon rotation has the oil outlet at 9 o'clock, oil inlet at 3 o'clock, compressor outlet at 7 o'clock, exhuat inlet at 11 o'clock.

When alpha= 0º and beta= 180º it is equivalent to epsilon = 180º and delta 270º

Anyways, I have pictures if you'd like and can include an mpeg of the turbine/compressor wheel spooling effortlessly. Again, this is the largest of the TBO25 (T25) series and is the most capable of supporting 200~250 hp.

I'll post pictures in this thread (still have to upload them). As far as price, you can't even buy a rebuild kit for less than $80-$100 and that doesn't even cover the turbo itself. I know that it is a T25 so I am fully prepared for "It's not worth $_____" or "I just sold one for $80 shipped". As far as price, I would obviously like to get as much as it's worth being a factory refurb rather than a junkyard special. I would like to see $250 with $18 shipping bringing it to $268. If it doesn't sell here, it'll sell in the shop so I'm not too worried about it.

Update- I'm taking the time to port and polish the compressor housing as well as the exhaust inlet and discharge (exhaust housing) The attempt is to make this T25 as efficient as possible given it's natural characteristic of a 16 psi max. The attempt is to make this turbo as efficient as possible for a small displacement motor 1.5-2.0.

so about when would full boost hit on a D16Z6 approx? i need a smaller turbo because mine doesnt spool till about 4.5-5K

and would i be able to hook that upto an external wastegate instead of the one on there?
