Default Swapping Turbos

A local junkyard has a T-bird turbo*(believe .48/.60)

Is this a good upgrade from the 14b for 100 bucks if it's in good condition.

Okay, so they lied at the scrap yard and the T-bird was newer the 86 making the turbo an IHI not a 69trim T3.

So What would be another good choise?.

I like the 14b, it works good for me on the ZC, doesn't peiter out at high revs, Just wonder if I can get something that flows more CFM to make a little more power with out creating lag. 100 bucks was good price for the 60trim, but it wasn't the right turbo.
