i was just wondering if anyone has ran a turbo on a d16z6 with stock internals.

if so how many pounds was the limit?

depends on the setup and fuel mgmt.

from what ive read on multiple forums, 6-8 is what comes up the most. i know a guy on here that boosted a d16y7 at 10 lbs on stock internals. so i guess its all about the tune

so i guess you havent read much. Its more about how much power the little stock rods can take than boost...but they can take more than 6-8psi worth.

^^^he asked how many lbs is the limit, and i told him what i've seen a lot of people run. not saying its the most. also, i said it depends on the tune

iv done 17, tried 30 aswell but that didnt work for 2 long

230-240 is the limit on a perfect tune 12-13 psi
