I have oil on my turbo, but its because the oil feed fitting on the turbo is loose this probably isn't your problem, but you never know. sometimes the most obvious answer is the last one to be checked.

When I was having similar problems with my tt 5.0 mustang, it was blowby pressurizing the oil drain and forcing oil out the seals. I went thru rebuilding the turbos, changing lines, messing with restrictors etc and finally realized it was the motor. New motor now, no problems. Try doing a leakdown test on your motor.

i had the same problem with that same turbo, but mine lasted about 3 weeks and then started, and mine ended up throwing oil into the charge piping too.
