i had the vafc set -37 across the board

What are your plugs gapped at.

well if it was rich at -37 pull it back more into the -40's

ive tryed setting it at -40 and my plugs r gaped at 30.

thats weird. have you looked at your plugs? check your cap and rotor?

I would gap the plugs a lil wider and raise the throttle crossover point...your car may be changing to the full throttle settings too soon
