ok now with the probs, when i drove the car it sputters in low rpms while partial throttle but if i floor it it will make boost a pull pretty good when i got home i checked my plugs and they were black (rich) i had the vafc set -37 across the board. i didnt really play with it that much becase of tomany peolpe out side. and it idals good but when i rev it up it nutraul to about 4k it has a hard time reving past it wierd. so if u gys have some ideas lmk thanks. -adam-

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

you don't need the check valves if running the vafc.
p.s. the link for the last pic needs to be fixed.

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

just ran it without the check valves and it threw map code. :P

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

and i just noticed that my wastegate is leaking a bit in the back so will that cause my low rpm sputtering ??

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

the sputtering is fuel/ignition related, guranteed. try taking away a little fuel and see if it feels any better. what about your timing? have you checked it with a timing light?

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

strange, the vafc should not let the ecu see the boost.
the right wires for the map signal?
and the right map sensor type in the settings?

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

my car sputtered when i had an fmu (i was told that it threw the ecu in limp mode) i now have t.e. but i think it is def fuel related

Re:sputtering than boost comes??

take those check valves off! thats whats messing everything up. you're still getting a map code cuz you're so rich. your not scaling the injectors back enough to trick the ecu so its still throwing a code. lean it out some them try again....
