. And I can tell ya... you aint gonna blow the gears in a honda tranny by goin un-sprung.... If you suck and can't shift, and miss and grind em your gonna drop a gear, but guys that drag with 900 Hp civic's still run the factory Honda 5spd tranny's

ive been running unsprung 6 puck for almost 2 years now, no probs with my tranny. I think it just depends on driving habbits. unsprung seem to work good in Ds and Bs but suck for Hs, probably b/c H trannies suck.
i always wonder about people who ------ the word that 6 pucks will automaticly break axles and gernade trannys, is it from experience or something you hearrrrd?

I don't like the unsprung clutches. 
For all out ***** to the wall driving, yeah, but not daily driving in traffic. Sometimes you have to "feather" the clutch and that causes a nasty chatter and a vibration and as much as the ladies like the vibration, they don't like it. :P
I've never used the sprung 6 pucks so I'm not sure if it's just the 6 pucks or if it's a "sprung/unsprung" thing.

It's the same reason why your flywheel weighs 20 pounds and your crank pulley weighs 10, simply to reduce torsional vibrations that affect the crank. manufacturers spent alot of time figureing that ---- out, don't ---- with it.
