Default sorry, another stupid smoke question.

Hey guys, looking for some input here.

Off throttle coming down a hill the car is smoking like no other.

On start-up and idle and driving around town is fine. even in boost its perfectly fine with no smoke, it only seems to occur when im off throttle going down a steep decline or hill.

Does it sound like a crank case vent problem (remedy: catch can and v/c breather accesories) or does it sound like motor/turbo issues.

Compression test yeilded 165 160 160 160 on the motor. (9.1:1 LSvtec)

thx for the help guys.
