sorry, but another question
ok so i was just wonderin if the way i set up the turbo is ok. it looks like there is barely any room to run the ic piping up to the intercooler, and also barely any room for the dp. im hopefully having all this done by a muffler shop on friday, and was just wondering if you all think that there would be enough room.
i plan to run 2.25"piping from turbo to ic, and 2.5" piping from ic to tb, and 2.5" dp.
here are the pix:
^ i know that one is kinda at a wierd angle, its kinda upside down, but im sure you see what im sayin that theres not much room. is it still doable without much cutting?
thanx
matt

Re: sorry, but another question
the camera is from the driver side of the car. then the ic is mounted to the left and the compressor housing is facing downward, but not completely downward. its ok in that position right? because if i rotated it counter clockwise it will not really be facing downward either, but downward and towards the block.

Re: sorry, but another question
You want to clock the center section so that your oil inlet and outlet are STRAIGHT up and down (if it's not already--camera angles are kind of bad).
And I would rotate the compressor housing until the outlet points straight down. It doesn't have to and I'm sure the wastegate actuator might make that more complicated... But you also need to keep in mind how you're going to run the IC pipes. So however you set it now, it's probably going to change in the end.
Looks good so far... I almost miss building a kit.
