Our shop specializes in the 3000GT and Stealth. Our shop car holds the world record for Fastest and Quickest FWD 3000GT/Stealth. That was using a single turbo kit I built. the car is a 3.0 V6 and putting larger than the stock TD04 (small) based turbos is COSTLY. Mainly people go to TDO5 but manifolds are $1500+ for tubular style. Most can't afford that.

So for a new product I wanted to make an affordable Log style. Affordable! And thanks to help from this site I started building some.

304L SS-Mig with Argon and 308L wire. Using 309L for the SS to Mild flange.

 

where's the 4th cylinder?

Nice mani.....so you're fabbing these for twin turbos I assume. Any plans of fabbing some manis for a single turbo.

I did that with my old setup. Using the stock cast manifolds and fabbed up pipes to them. No need to make manifolds for a single setup.

These will work for both the NA and TT 3000GT.

Now comes the fun part. Placing the turbo and attaching the turbo exh inlet to he manifold.

 

It looks good. Depending on how picky your customers are you could make the welds look nicer, but if they don't care, it's all good. I can't make welds any better than that, just making an observation.

Donating to the site is usually reserved for people who sell things on this site. Not just everything turbo related. We'd all be poor if that were the case.
