water and oil cool ????

Default water and oil cool ????

I have a tdo4 turbo from a 90 eclipse its has both water and oil can I just block off the water line and use the oil only?

yes you can just run the oil.
you dont have to block off the holes.

yea just run the oil one. my car overheated for some reason with the water cooling

and my car is overheating w/o the H20 hooked up... so i dunno.... i bought a pusher fan and made a heatshield to help keep the heat away from the radiator. but i havn't installed the fan yet.... too damn cold outside, and i'm not driving it w/ these weather conditions

ohhh yea, don't worry bout the H2O lines, there has been alot of debate on here of using them. and there are alot of ppl on here not using them and they havn't had any problems

we didnt use them on our t25... and the exhaust wheel snapped off. but that could have been from lack of oil :P

I've never used any water lines.

my water lines, and oil lines. Car doesn't overheat, temp gauge doesn't move. Tapped into cold idle valve or whatever it is called on the throttlebody and then made a blockoff plate.

nope, just a ghetto black hatch that needs a paintjob. But it has a tyrus frontmount
