Alot of domestic companies will sell stuff like edelbrock import stuff uber cheap to clear the shelves so they dont have to carry it anymore. Most buy import parts it seems like a good idea until a year goes and they have sold 5 honda manifolds and 500 chevy manifolds. In turn just getting rid of the Honda stuff.

im not having much luck finding one for cheap. i've been looking on ebay for like the past month....maybe more w/o seeing a used one.

ill run the stock IM(a6) so i can have enough money to finish the rest of the build. maybe even have a dyno for before/after test.

Your going to keep looking most domestic companies dont touch import stuff anymore. Many were unloading stuff on ebay awhile back. It was kinda cool buy low and flip it fast, I ahvent seen any dealers doing that I bought from they sold it and that was the end

Import racers are the cause of there own demise and why NHRA dumped them. To much talk not enough buying power or desire too.

Regarding a 70mm to large for a stock sohc motor that maybe true but this site is about boost. Now if that d series all motor build wasnt the typical homo d all motor build and had a non vtec head/ported correctly/z6 manifold cut and welded etc etc etc the 70mm throttle body works why do I know we ran 12.70 with one all motor.

have you ever tried adding the 45* "elbow" to a stock IM like whats on the performer x ?

i read where it gives it a more even distribution of air.
