Default so my new headgasket got bent a tiny bit, what am i lookin at here??

forged ls/vtec setup, the headgasket got bent up a tiny bit (about 1/4 inch when sitting on a flat surface). it bent right on the front drivers side, around the headbolt hole and the crankcase ventilation passage. i used copper spray and put it together. the hg wasnt crushed in any way. i used arp studs and torqued to stock sequence/specs of 61 ft/lbs total. im not really worried, but some of my friends are yelling at me. should i be concerned? it wasnt bent around any of the cylinders.......

With gaskets, it's OK if they bend some. It's not OK if you put a crease in one. If that happens throw it out.

^Ditto. Find the correct torque & sequence.

alright ill check around for the tq. im not gonna be running a lot of boost pressure with this setup, so im not worried about the head lifting or anything.

the headgasket was far from creased. when i had it up against the head on the dowel pins, it was flat. it just got a tiny bit bent up at the end

it doesnt make sense y would stud be tq'd less then normal head bolts? i had my old z6 turbo with a y8 head, i called arp but i dont remember what they told me it was, but im positive that it was quite a bit more then stock.
