Because your motor gave up. Bad rings, ringlands, scored cylinder all= OWNED.

I wouldn't get to excited if its just a small amount of smoke. You may also be mistaking it for condensation. I ran my car pretty hard for a year and a half at 10-12psi and always had a little bit of blowby but always stayed the same. If you're getting an excessive amount at idle then yes your motor is pooched. Don't forget every turbo'd car has blowby. I'm doing a swap in a accord that has so much blowby, it shoots the pcv(vented to atmosphere) out and paints the underneath of the hood with oil=awesome. Just turn the HVAC control to recirculate, add air freshner and drive on.

All Honda engines have blow-by issues, not just boosted ones. My friend just had his 1.7gsr motor rebuilt, drove it for the break in, and guess what...still has blow-by. If it's excessive though, def. your ringlands.
