Sounds like valve guide seals, let us know what stops it from

 

Do a compression test sounds like rings or ringlands. Any smoke out of the pcv when it is unplugged?

 

It don't smoke out of the pcv valve.

I did a compression test and it was 150 150 145 150.

I screwed up when i put the block together.

I did not hone it out so the new rings would seat better.

My compression should be a hell of alot higher than that with new rings.

 

Don't forget to put a good cross-hatch on it.
60 degrees is recommended I believe

 

It was the turbo line was not restricted enough, and the pcv valve system setup.

So i'll explain how i fixed the smoking.First the restricter is a homedepot needle valve.

I shut it all the way and turn my car on just to see how much flows out.
I turn the valve twice 360 degrees where theres just enough flowing out.(a small stream)
I rev up the car just to see if the pressure rises through the needle valve.
If it shoots out quick when the oil pressure raises, than i'm ok.
I mark the needle valve to where it needs to be, just incase it moves.

I unscrewed the needle valve so i could teflon tape it,so its tighter when screwing
it back in the valve.I did that so it won't be so easy to turn itself off.

That killed the smoking when i let off the gas.

Now the pcv valve i set it up so it would not smoke when i'm sitting at idle or taking off.

From the valve cover, i put a pcv valve inline with it to the intake manifold.
So the fat part of the pcv valve will be facing the valve cover.I used 3/8 hose on that too.
I figured a push with postive air from the turbo would shut the pcv valve and when the throttle shuts
it sucks the pressure out.

Than from the black box in the back where the pcv valve goes on a stock honda,I
matched up a plastic straight through fitting, off the pcv valve rack at o'reily's,to the fat part on the pcv valve.
Then i matched a L shaped fitting to the skinny part of the pcv valve.
Then i got about 4 foot of 3/8 hose.
I cut a stock rubber honda intake pipe three inchs from where the stock
valve cover breather pipe goes.
I stuck it on the turbo's compressor side.

I stuck the straight through fat plastic piece on the 3/8 hose and pluged it into the black box.
I ran the hose to the L shaped fitting and pluged it into the the stock honda intake where
the hole is.So when in boost the pressure could have a vacume through the turbo.

My car smoked for about a minute, after i started it up.After i did the mod above, it has not smoked since.

My car at start up, oil pressure is 80-85 psi.Warmed up it's around 60-65 at 3500 rpms.At idle its 20 psi.
So make sure if you restrict the oil feed on the turbo, you car needs to be warm. So you can see how much is pouring
out of the hose.From what i seen on my car is, the turbo at 850 rpms only needs a small flow going too it.
The oil pressure will rise through the line, when you rev the motor. To supply enough oil at greater rpms,so you don't burn you turbo up.

I had the same oil buring issue and it turns out that it was my oil pressure at the turbo combined with a clogged pcv valve. I did as prescribed above and voila, no more smokey! Thanks guys for the help, ive been looking all over for the past week for good information. I knew it wasnt my motor but I wasnt sure where to start. Once again, thanks.
