You should have a turbo from Dodge/Chrysler thrown at your face just for mentioning that. Those have the most retarded inlet flange on the turbine housing. Yeah you can swap the turbine housing with one from say a older Saab but them even the compressor housing inlet is retarded aswell. Not to mention the work it takes to get one of those useless snails off come to find out how screwy of a turbo it is.
