if you clocked your turbo and it was used, its very possible you busted a seal.. i know i did and im smoking some now

yea, i clocked my turbo, but the turbo isnt on yet :P. its coming soon though!!! but i did get my intercooler mounted

 

unfortunately i HAD to clock mine for the oil return line to clear my crossmember. im curious if i would be able to do the rebuild myself

 

i dont know green, but i clocked mine like you said and it was really easy and i thing my return angle is going to be perfect. by the way you wouldnt have any pics of you return line do you( especially where you tapped you pan). when i get something to control my injectors im going to get this thing on. .... Nice site!
