Default Replaced head gasket, noticed somthing with the turbo.

My car has been outa commision for about a month now, I finally had the time to get a new gasket and ARP headstuds, which I installed today. It was burning coolant like a banshee, however, like I posted before the gasket was pretty good looking, the head and blocked seemed ok, so we just went on a whim and replaced it and installed the studs. However, when I was putting the turbo back together today, I noticed there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the turbine housing. It is smoking continuously at idle, and when we took it for a drive (my friend drove behind me) he says when I hit boost it smokes white. I am pretty certain the turbo seal is gone (which is bullshit since its only 9mths old from a rebuild). I also noticed the bolts holding the turbine to the center section were pretty loose, so I'm hoping that the oil leaked when it was loose and it will just burn off. The white smoke worries me though that it is still burning coolant, but I can't be sure. What do you guys think?

it sounds like your turbo is in need of another rebuild, some of the problems u might want to look into could be gettina an oil restrictor, or seeing if your oil drain line is kinked these two things would cuse the seals to go bad. I would look these over first see if it helps, i just pieced together a restrictor, cost me like $8.66 at sears hardware, two fittings and a valve..... anyway thats my $.02

If the ring land on the turbine is worn past spec, it's goig to smoke regardless of which oil seal you use:
