ok i have removed the vac hose to my wastegate and pluged it off still i cant boost anything past 7 psi

wot every gear still only 7 psi whats up with it

also its the stock wastegate from a dsm with a 14b turbo

 

have you checked your pvc charge pipes?

 

yeah check your charge pipes, make sure the hoses are clamped right, and try shortening the wastegate arm, that usually gets the psi levels up.

 

Any major exhaust leaks pre-turbo? Leaky charge pipes?
