A/F gauges don't read ---- well enough... the reading is to sporatic you have to actually measure the voltage to get an idea...
The only way you're going to know is if you start hearing pinging from the engine.

 

by not pulling i mean, i had a 14b that burnt oil on my car for a week and then i got another 14b that didnt burn oil and now it seems that it has less pull, i still get 8 psi. And if i take my downpipe off will i get more than 8psi?

 

when you say you had a 14b that burnt oil did you mean one of the seals were blown?

 

yeah a seal was worn, and it smoked
