uhm. is your breather hole hooked up to your intake? if so disconnecct it and get a breather filter for it.
its prolly popping them off because the o rings that seal the spark plug hole to the valve cover are shot to ----. or being blown in by positive pressure in the valve cover.
if you already have a breather filter on your VC try replacing those O rings.
when doing your VC make sure u put RTV high heat sealant on the gasket because itll leak like a dirty ----- if you dont.
