Default please HELP.. first timer needing advice from guys here ..

im getting the 9b turbo from a mitsubishi 3000gt which is tiny, but im not plannin on making anything crazy since this will be my first shot at a custom turbo setup...

im only plannin on running 5-6 psi..
i need help on how to do my fuel system... ive seen people use the rising rate fuel pressure regulator ...not sure if it would do..

plus will i need to upgrade my fuel injectors for dat low of a boost??

also the oil lines from and to the turbo... where do i get the oil lines from?? can i make it myself??

the oil line to the oil pan: can i use a banjo bolt and just bolt it to where my drain plug is ? or do i have to drill and mod my oil pan

also what type of piping should i use for the down pipe...??

i am very sorry if any of my questions are stupid... im new at this..

The TDO4-09B is rated at 275 cfm at a 2.0 Pr, chokes at 280 cfm and the most practical max cfm is 250. It has a 6cm^2 housing. (.41 A/R) and is smaller than a 13G. The compressor wheel measures 49 mm total diameter and 34.5 mm minor giving it a 50 trim. For comparison, the IHI RHB5 VJ11 that alor of people use measures 52.50mm outer and 36mm inner but has a trim of 47. The turbine measures 47.25 mm major and just barely under 39.50 mm (39.37 to be exact) so 39.37^2/47.25^2*100=69 trim for the turbine.

The VJ11 measures 42.4 minor and 51.8 major so, 42.4/51.8^2*100= 67 trim for the VJ11 turbine. In short, if you're looking for guidance on how this turbo will react with your car, look to the guys who've installed RHB5 VJ11's as they're very similar.

Here is the same VJ11 map but I converted m³/min to CFM:

ok, the idea of your oil return is to let the oil drain into the oil pan, so trying to put it to the drain plug is a bad idea, considering that were the oil pan drains.....

your oil lines you can make yourself, youor just goign to have a little more trouble getting a sutable feed line, all the fitting you can pretty must get from lowes or home depot, just mak sure when you plumb it all up that the feed is goign tin the toopl, and the drain is goign down.

an fmu will work, there not the best in the worl but they work, just dont get boost hungry and to boost any higher or youll most likely lean out.

you can use plain *** exhaust pipe for the DP. biggest thing with making a dp is the flanges
